How do we keep the lights on if everything goes to the nonprofit?
Simple, we get sponsors that would like 100% of the donor's money to help the cause so they support us. 
Does the artist get money from the song donated? 
No! It's very simple. All the donations collected go to the cause the artist chooses for the song, and they do not get a penny.
